Another cookie project that warmed my heart and made me walk around smiling because they turned out so totally adorable, wouldn’t you agree?

I would classify this project in the “intermediate level” of decorating, because piping the flowers require more confidence around Royal icing than that of a beginner level. Other than that, some need for fine line piping, but nothing too dramatic. I loved every aspect of it, and hope you consider joining Tunde’s club, if you’d like to expand your skills (click here to visit and join).
The project starts by making all the Royal icing transfers, using the templates provided by Tunde.

The pond base is a large oval cookie, about 5 inches in length, mine was actually slightly smaller. It is not covered in icing, instead it is air-brushed straight on the naked cookie, for a very realistic effect. Below, some of the steps involved in this fun cookie decorating adventure.

I love the frogs, the lily pads, the pond… Everything goes well together and the bright green is a must. I used Electric Green from Americolor, the dark one toned down a bit with regular Leaf Green.

The 3D effect is a nice touch, making this set of cookie super special and unique.

I caved and asked ChatGPT to tweak a background for me. So much fun!

Tunde, thank you again and again, this project is going to be a favorite in my book for a very long time!
