Today I share two slideshows, assembling some of the many designs of chocolate covered Oreos made and donated in the past year. Every week I make a set of six, and so far have not repeated the exact same kind twice. So many possibilities… Sit back and enjoy the two short presentations, they were organized according to the method used to decorate them.

Without further ado, the first series…

and the second batch….

Chocolate Covered Oreos are favorites at the homeless meals, so I make sure to have a few in the donation box. Just keep in mind that whatever color you use to dye the chocolate must be fat-soluble. Royal icing will stick to the surface but needs extra time to set, so add those the day before you intend to consume or give the Oreos away.

I have looked at both films – twice! Found your abilities and patience unreal – but I have oft boringly said that before 🙂 ! I know how many other things you do and the time you share with both the two-legged and four-legged members of the opposite sex . . . my day has 24 hours and my body and brain require some to be spent in bed fast asleep . . . how do you manage 🙂 ???
