Another super adorable, super cool concept designed by Haniela! Can you stand this level of the cute?


Watch the detailed video on youtube clicking here. You start by baking a series of triangle cookies, I used gingerbread, which tends to spread a bit, so they were not super tight in their group arrangement, but it was all fine.

Once they are baked, the process is easy and fun. Make the hat with wet-on-wet details to form a snowflake shape (check Hani’s video to see exactly how they are done). Flood the body in two parts with white, leaving the scarf area empty. I used PME beads for the eyes, and little sugar beads for the buttons.

Add the scarf (because it is cold, have a heart!) – Hani again demonstrates exactly how to create the illusion of wool, it is very easy and super fast to pipe. Once it is all set, add the nose with thick consistency orange icing, the mouth, a little make up on the cheeks, and you are DONE!
