For the Love of Cookies

This super cute set of cookies came from an online class offered by The Flour Box (click here for details). I have taken two of their classes before and loved each one. This was a lot of fun, even if I had to mix every single color of the rainbow… totally worth it! The set comprised an ice cream truck, and three different servings of ice cream. Everything was piped by had, including the sprinkles. Are you impressed yet? 😉

As I mentioned, many colors went into the designs, and several of them in two different consistencies.

But once that part is done, the real fun begins…
Get the basic drawing on the cookie, and pipe away!

Sections that are not touching are piped first so that the different areas retain their outlines. If you are a lover of color, this set is definitely for you!

I had just a few issues with the truck, I think I could have done a better job with the wheels and some of the details, but overall I am pleased with it. This is a perfect set for the Summer, so consider taking the class, still available in their website.
