For the month of February, Amy made sure we had our Irish green ready to go! Don’t you love this set? The pot of gold took one of my favorite techniques to add texture, and the leaves relied on marbling Royal icing, something that is a ton of fun to do, although – I won’t lie – a bit messy.

The rainbow was painted with luster powder and vodka. Overall not a difficult cookie to make at all, and pretty effective if included on a set to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day…

Amy, thank you for the second adventure of our year, I know you’ve been through a lot, so all the effort you put into the cookie group is very much appreciated!
