Hoping this is the last bit of frozen misery we will be enduring, I share a series of shivering cookies…

I love the stick shape so much! This is a super simple design, just flood with white leaving a space for the scarf. Wait about 10 minutes and fill the scarf area with the color of your choice. Once that sets, time to add the details with piping consistency Royal icing: black for the eyes and mouth, orange for the nose, and green or blue for the scarves. The bead border is optional, but I always like to practice it.

These coffee mugs were inspired by Marlyn, a tutorial she shared several years ago. Poor penguins, it’s too cold even for them… I used a different set of colors and simplified a bit the piping.
