I am a firm believer in cookie-ing what you love, and Paris will always be my home away from home. In that city I’ve been through the lowest of lows and the highest of highs. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. No matter what, unforgettable.

All cookies, except the macarons, were flooded with blue as a starting point. The most convoluted design is the Tour Eiffel, or as always like to call it: La Belle! Fine line piping in red, just take your time, make a draft first on a piece of paper to help you out, but there won’t be a need to use a projector, it is all very symmetric.

The other cookies rely on stencil with Royal icing. I have a little video for you…
The macarons are exactly the same I made before, and you can check the post with a flashback click here.

Of course, these cookies would be perfect for Bastille Day, so I intend to repeat this motif soon, with some tweaks in the color scheme, as suggested by my friend Margie. Stay tuned!

I hope you liked this little set. These cookies took me back to Paris with so many memories of the year we’ve lived right by The Eiffel Tower, and wrapped our days on the balcony of our apartment staring at it in all its beauty.
