Not surprisingly, I ran out of time to show you all the St. Patrick cookies I made to donate before the event. This little set will be here to inspire you in 2027…

These were my own design, inspired by images I saw in the net. I made the little nose and the center shamrock as Royal icing transfers, it is a simple design that comes together quickly once you have the transfers ready and waiting.

Another design that is not overly complicated, it is also a cookie flip, cupcake turned upside down. Just wet-on-wet to make the hat design, and the rest simple piping, in stages. You can see some steps below.

This wonderful design was courtesy of Amber. I loved her technique to pipe the plaid, which you can learn by joining her cookie club (click here). Matching nail polish to cookie design? Not intentional, I swear…. but such a happy coincidence!
