These designs from Tunde Dugantsi were shared online in 2021 (click here to join her club), and I did try them once in the past but thought they needed improvement. I share today the outcome of my new attempt. Now I am much happier with the way they turned out! So, in cookies – as in life – if at first you don’t succeed, try again!

The whole set involves nine square cookies, and Tunde provides a basic template for each design so you can draw the lines on the surface of the baked cookie and start flooding the sections. See below some of the steps…

You can use the basic design in so many different color schemes, I intend to explore this pattern in particular in the near future…
