Tunde Dugantsi, one more time delivers her poetry in cookie decorating, using just white icing and intricate piping technique. To join her cookie club, click here.

Five cookies complete this beautiful set. Tunde used an 8-petal flower cutter, which I did not have, mine had ten petals so I had to adjust the design a bit. Several techniques were joined to bring this set to life: transparent glazing, grid piping, fine lines, and the piping of her trademark, the Hungarian flower, which is not easy to achieve. Some steps are shown below…

My favorite of the whole set is this one

Piping the Hungarian flower design is not easy, I need to practice that more often, but I love my babies! At any rate, it is always nice to do a challenging set.

I wanted to donate a full set of cookies to hospice workers, so I made a few more with the basic idea of white on white to go alongside in the box. These were my own design, using stencil and Royal icing on flooded, set cookies. They have a little bling added, which I am sure does not surprise you…

I am quite fond of the large hexagon, and will be repeating this design with different colors and central decoration…
