This year, I am going all the way into the pink theme… Two sets of cookie designs, courtesy of Tunde Dugantsi (join her club here) in tutorials that once again pushed me a bit out of my comfort zone, particularly the Lambeth ones. So here they are, to wish you a wonderful Valentine’s Day!

Similar to my previous Lambeth adventure, these cookies rely on very few colors, just a lot of precise piping with different tips and shapes.

.

Looking at older tutorials from Tunde, I noticed she had a great winter design called Pretty in Winter, in shades of turquoise (in her 2023 series). I used the same design to make a “Pretty in Pink” set, that went along great with the Lambeth.

.

The full set includes the dress, a hat, a handbag, shoes, and a delicate hand fan.

.

This set is not as complicated to decorate as the Lambeth, Tunde goes at a nice pace and I had no trouble to keep up with her online class. Many details, but if you take your time, all will be perfect… Below, a picture of the cookies in progress.

.

I am not even sure which of these are my favorites, they are all so totally adorable! The accessories are absolutely awesome…

You’ve outdone yourself. I’ve always loved Lambeth piping and that sweet little fan is now the current favorite. BEAUTIFUL!

Hope all of you will have a very happy one > ours is virtually over, spent mostly over in Milano happily if perchance not ‘romantically’ – love you in a pink mood . . .
