If you have a mini-projector, or if you are great at drawing, these cookies could not be simpler to decorate. Ice any shape you like with white Royal icing (I am partial to oval shapes for this type of design), let it fully set, and have some major fun! I went with black and minimal accents of red.

There are so many images available on Pinterest or with a simple google search. Be careful if they are copyrighted and you intend to sell your cookies, but for the most part they are free to use. The idea is to play with the thickness of the lines to give movement, and then of course the details in red make it all pop.

You can of course add other colors and use different images if you so desire…
I loved matching the woman with a stylish cat.

The cookies are ready in no time, but it will seem like you spent hours on them (let that be our sweet secret).

I am not sure which one is my favorite design in this small series, but hubby is fascinated by all things Marilyn Monroe (who can blame him?) so I will pick this one…
