This is a very simple flower shape, but very flexible in terms of cookie decorating.
Two ideas for you today…

.

BEE ON FLOWER

Quite simple to put together, all you need is a little fondant mold to make a bee (you can also make it with Royal icing as a transfer, or even omit it altogether). Then just flood the base with light yellow, and place the bee off center.

Once that sets a bit, maybe after one hour or so, you can come with the darker yellow to add the center.

Now it is important to let it set well enough so you can come with piping consistency icing for all the little details.

HANIELA’S BLUE FLOWERS

This design was demonstrated not too long ago by Haniela in a Facebook live, you can check it out the youtube version clicking here. I changed a few tiny things around, but it is basically very close to her design. I love the blue color, which was Wedgewood with a minuscule touch of black.
