If you need cookies for a special someone, look no further… The design comes from Haniela, in one of her latest tutorials available exclusively for members in Patreon (click here to join). Depending on how you feel about piping flowers, this could be considered an advanced project, but you could conceivably make it a bit easier using fondant roses instead. At any rate, aren’t they adorable?

Of course, I cannot divulge the details as they are part of Haniela’s tutorials on Patreon, but you will need to pipe some flowers using a petal tip and stiff consistency icing, then add some bling by dusting them with luster powder. Same basic technique applies to the envelope component to give it an “aged” look. Haniela’s video will show you every single step in great detail, as usual.

Once all that is done, you are ready to assemble the cookie, by piping the stem, the strings and adding the final touch, the message written on edible paper, which you can of course customize for the occasion.

I loved this set, so many little details make it special! Thank you, Hani, this goes to my list of favorites for sure!
